This page explains what personal data this website (epm2027.pl) collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by JCI Poznań, in cooperation with JCI Poland, as organisers of the European Presidents Meeting 2027 (EPM 2027). For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

2. Data you give us directly

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and message you enter. That message is emailed directly to [email protected] so our team can reply — it is not stored in a database on this website. The form includes a hidden anti-spam check and a short rate limit; these don't collect any personal data beyond what you typed.

If you register for EPM 2027, that registration and any payment are handled entirely by our registration partner (Fillout, linked from this site's Pricing section), under its own privacy terms — we don't collect or process your registration or payment data ourselves.

3. Data collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers log basic technical information for security and reliability (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal web hosting. Separately, if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy), we use Google Tag Manager to load an analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are most visited. This only happens after you actively consent; by default, analytics tracking is switched off.

4. Why we process this data

Contact form data: to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us). Analytics data: to understand and improve the site, only with your consent. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Contact form messages live in our email inbox for as long as normal correspondence is kept, and are deleted when no longer needed. We don't retain a separate database of contact form submissions on this website. Analytics data (where you've consented) is retained according to the analytics tool's standard retention settings.

6. Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent your data. It may be processed by: our email provider (to deliver contact form messages), our hosting provider dHosting (which serves the website), and Google (only for analytics, only if you've consented, via Google Tag Manager). Where required, these providers process data under their own data processing terms.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Poland's data protection authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or event planning evolves. The version published here is the current one.
